MFJ

From 1996 through 2000, Frankly Zoe Productions produced a documentary following the local MFJ's preparation, parade, and post parade rally.

Devil's Grove
In 1999, nine members of the Riggs family are found brutally murdered in the family-owned Denville Grove Amusement Park. The single surviving family member, David Riggs, closed the park and becomes a recluse. Police arrest Jimmy Lawson, a quiet and shy man who was working at the park. Lawson is found guilty but insane and sentenced to spend the rest of his life in a hospital for the criminally insane. Now, nearly a decade later, group of high school kids head to the defunct Denville Grove Amusement Park to film a documentary about the grisly murders that occurred there. One by one the teenagers go missing and it doesn't take them long to realize that some things should be left alone...

DVD Short Compilation

The shorts include “Grape Bubble Gum” which is a short about three biracial children growing up in a predominantly white neighborhood during the mid 1970’s; “The Appointment” which is a day in the life short about a woman with severe Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Agoraphobia; and a horror short called “The Gimp Mask Made Me Do It” which is a romp through the mind of a person on illegal drugs, where reality and fantasy co-mingle with a very large machete.
